Second Harvest Heartland
Second Harvest Heartland is a leading hunger relief organization. In partnership with more than 1,000 food shelves and hunger-relief programs in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, provided nearly 128 million meals to neighbors last year. They also help families enroll in food assistance and provide prepared meals for people who need more than groceries.
The Schumacher and Storm families volunteering at the Second Harvest Heartland food bank. This initiative contributed to their ongoing efforts to combat hunger in our community and allowed them to experience the joys of giving back firsthand.
