Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions is a family-run business that was founded by Craig Schumacher in 1974. In April of 2014, Lance Schumacher and Jason Storm took ownership of Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions.

We are celebrating our 50th anniversary this year!

About Lance:

Lance is the son and nephew of two men who spent their entire life working in the heating and cooling business, so it is naturally in his blood. He started working for the family business in 2001 when he was still in high school. He has worked in many areas of the business which include parts and delivery, installation, service, management, system design, sales, and now co-owner. Lance has over 23 years of experience under his belt and he brings with him the pride of quality workmanship.

About Jason:

Jason started his career at Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions in 1998. He worked side by side with Lance for many years. He has worked in several areas of the business, which includes installation, management, system design, sales, and now co-owner. He has over 26 years of experience under his belt and he brings with him years of product knowledge and know-how to get any job done.

About Our Team:

Employment longevity and customer reviews say a lot about how well a company works as a team. Our team has an average length of employment of 7+ years, and five out of our 13 employees have been employed with us for thirteen or more years! Our team has received over 800 reviews and we maintain a 4.9 rating on Google.  We recently won a 2024 Performance Award from Bryant for the Highest Training Hours taken by 12/31/23.  We are dependable, on time, trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.  We take extra time to educate our customers on our products and services.

In 2018, 2022, and 2023 Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions was a finalist for the Bryant Dealer of the Year and honored on a national level as one of Bryant’s top 2% of elite dealers in North America (out of 6500 dealers nationally), earning us the Bryant Medal of Excellence. This award is given to dealers who are exemplary in three critical areas of business: quality, satisfaction, and performance.

Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions was a Bryant Circle of Champions winner in 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2024. This award measures business growth, customer satisfaction, training, and program participation. In 2024, we received a Circle of Champions Performance Award for Highest Training Hours taken by 12/31/23.

Each year, The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics recognizes outstanding companies that demonstrate integrity and a strong commitment to ethics in relationships with customers, employees, and the community they serve. Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions were honored to be a finalist for this award in 2018.

In 2016 and 2018, we were awarded the Expertise "Best HVAC Professionals in Minnesota". The criteria selection to win this award is based on reputation, trust, credibility, availability and professionalism.
