What a journey! For half a century, Countryside has been a family affair. Craig Schumacher laid the groundwork in 1974, and since 2014, Lance Schumacher and Jason Storm have carried the torch. We're bursting with pride to reach the milestone of 50+ years in business!

About Lance:

Lance (pictured on the right): Lance comes from a lineage of heating and cooling professionals, being the son and nephew of two dedicated individuals in the field. His journey began in 2001 while he was still in high school, working in various roles such as parts delivery, installation, service, management, system design, sales, and eventually co-owner. With over 24 years of experience, Lance takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

About Jason:

Jason (pictured on the left): Jason began his career at Countryside in 1998, working alongside Lance for many years. His experiences span installation, management, system design, sales, and now co-ownership. With more than 26 years in the industry, Jason brings extensive product knowledge and expertise to every project.

In 2018, 2022, and 2023 Countryside Heating and Cooling Solutions was a finalist for the Bryant Dealer of the Year and honored on a national level as one of Bryant’s top 2% of elite dealers in North America (out of 6500 dealers nationally), earning us the Bryant Medal of Excellence. This award is given to dealers who are exemplary in three critical areas of business: quality, satisfaction, and performance.

Countryside received the Bryant Circle of Champion award in 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2024, and 2025 for meeting high standards in growth, training, customer satisfaction, and dealer program participation.
