Brooks was thorough and explained in plain terms the services he recommended. We are very glad he was the one assigned to our call.
Brook provided amazing service. He arrived precisely as scheduled, and took time to explain some amazing features our system offers which we were not using, A+++. Then later in the afternoon in a complete random occurrence, as I was walking away from my car in a parking lot I saw someone who looked familiar but couldn’t quite place. The man said, “hey, I fixed your furnace this morning!” Brook and I had a great conversation and I feel like I have a new friend.

Ben is a wonderful representative for Countryside Heating and Cooling. He was very thorough as respects showing me how to change the humidifier pad and let me video his steps so I could remember how to do it a year from now. He is one of the most polite and courteous service persons we have dealt with - as have been all of the representatives from this company. Ben was also very thorough in his checks of both the heating and cooling systems. We are thrilled to be doing business with Countryside.

Hello! We are very pleased with the service we received. Ben was courteous and professional - he explained what he was doing and what we could do to improve the system (filter in upside down)! Ben did not waver when we realized I set up the appointment incorrectly. Thinking he was looking at central air when we have an attic unit. Also, he was patient with our large, loud puppy!

Brooks was on time, courteous, and friendly. He explained the problem with our air conditioner and told me different options available without any pressure to purchase.
Brooks was out today, and as kind, friendly, and knowledgeable as always. We had a minor issue, and he talked through all of the different options to help us decide the best repair. Fix was done immediately and quickly. Would definitely recommend his and Countryside.
We came home to no heat on a Friday night. Maggie kindly worked to find a tech to help us. An hour later Brooks was at our door. He was knowledgeable, generous with his time, and gave us good advice along with a way to get some short term heat. I can’t say enough about their kind, caring, and quality service!
