Co-Owner

Lance is the son and nephew of two men who spent their entire life working in the heating and cooling business, so it is naturally is his blood. He started working for the family business in 2001 when he was still in high school. He has worked in many areas of the business which include parts and delivery, installation, service, management, system design, sales and now co-owner. Lance has over 18 years of experience under his belt and he brings with him the pride of quality workmanship.

Jason started his career at Countryside in 1998. He worked side by side with Lance for many years. He has worked in several areas of the business, which includes installation, management, system design, sales and now co-owner. He has over 21 years of experience under his belt and he brings with him years of product knowledge and know-how to get any job done.
